Zach is the Program Manager for Adult Services at Easterseals Northern California, and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, planning, and implementation of services to meet the needs of the participants in the Kaleidoscope Community Adult Program. Zach is proud and honored to produce his work with the goals of his participants and the vision of the organization in mind.

Zach began working at Kaleidoscope in 2003 when it was previously an after-school program. Prior to becoming Program Manager, he wore many hats at Easterseals NorCal, including being Lead Teacher, Administrator, Special Olympics Coach, and Site Supervisor, and has represented ESNorCal at multiple venues, events, conferences, and trainings. Zach has also been the top fundraiser for the organization for multiple years.

Zach brings over two decades of experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his bulldog named SIX, watching football, spending time with family and friends, and considers himself a connoisseur of tacos.
