Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer at Easterseals Bay Area, Natalie provides leadership to the People & Performance organization and is responsible for delivering a people oriented culture across ESBA that encompasses all areas of human resources including performance management, training, professional development and communications. Natalie joined ESBA in December 2013 and during that time, has led the transformation of the organization from a traditional human resources department to a high performance based culture. Natalie has been instrumental in redesigning our candidate experience processes, and restructuring compensation and benefits.
Prior to joining ESBA, Natalie held a variety of human resource management positions in fortune 500 companies across service industries such as hospitality, sports and entertainment. She holds a degree from Simmons College in Sociology with a minor in Business Management. Natalie has a strong commitment to employee satisfaction, is passionate about supporting all levels of the organization and is extremely dedicated to the many Easterseals Bay Area causes.

Since October of this year, we’ve been enrolling clients between 4- and 18-years-old in our social skills groups at our clinics around the Bay Area. Clients participate in small groups led by our applied behavior analysis (ABA) Supervisors who teach and reinforce social skills development with a focus on STEAM areas (science, technology, engineering, art, and math).read more
