Monica oversees the successful implementation of Easterseals Northern California’s program operations by working closely with clinical leaders, ensuring teams are supported to deliver high-quality care to diverse communities with justice, equity and inclusion as guiding principles.

She holds a Master of Education (M. Ed.) in special education from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and brings to our organization over 18 years of experience in the early childhood and program management fields. Prior to joining Easterseals NorCal, Monica worked as a special education teacher, preschool directors and early intervention program manager at organizations in Hawaii, Washington and Ohio.

When she’s not working, Monica enjoys hiking, reading, gardening and spending time with her family, which includes five children and a granddaughter.
