As the Senior Director of Behavioral Health and Autism Services at Easterseals Northern California, Kalina is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing day-to-day administration and operations to meet the needs of the community and support the goals and vision of the organization.

Kalina began working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as an in-home behavior therapist for young children in 2008. She has since provided services to a broad range of individuals of different ages and has represented Easterseals Northern California while giving presentations at multiple conferences. Most recently, she presented on the Parent-Led ABA Model at the 2021 Milestones National Autism Conference.

Kalina brings over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She holds a Master’s degree in Child Development: Theory and Research and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2015.
