Kaleidoscope Community Adult Program

Kaleidoscope is a Community Adult Program with two locations in Northern California (Dublin and Walnut Creek) that offers specific programming for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. These services help adults integrate into the community and include employment readiness and development, independent living skills, community inclusion, socialization and many other beneficial activities.

What are the Goals of the Kaleidoscope Community Adult Program?

The program aims to increase participants’ ability to care for themselves, self-advocacy and quality of life for themselves and their families. Additionally, Kaleidoscope helps adults reach their employment goals, gain greater integration into their community and achieve more independence in their lives.
