Employment Planning

For adults with special needs, finding a job is a critical first step toward self-determination and financial independence. Through Kaleidoscope’s employment planning services, coaches help participants with:

  • career exploration and development;
  • employment opportunities within a community; and
  • skills, education, and training needed to meet employment goals.

The program aims to increase participants’ ability to care for themselves, self-advocacy, and quality of life for themselves and their families. Additionally, Kaleidoscope helps adults reach their employment goals, gain greater integration into their community, and achieve more independence in their lives.
