The Kaleidoscope Community Adult Program serves adults with special needs. We help our participants increase self-sufficiency, self-advocacy, and self-determination through the development of critical life skills and community integration. Our participants work with life skill coaches, who provide in-depth training on things like employment planning and preparedness, independent living skills, and community inclusion. The Kaleidoscope Community Adult Program provides opportunities for meaningful participation in community activities. Because hands-on experience is a crucial component of participants’ success, we provide transportation to these activities. Here’s where you come in. Your donation directly supports our goal of purchasing new, safe, and accessible vans to transport our participants to enriching, educational, and recreational activities and events.
Check out some of the activities our Kaleidoscope participants have enjoyed since we opened our doors in August.
