Program Manager

Kent has worked in the field of disability services for over 25 years, both in Hawaii and Northern California, providing care in various roles. He also has extensive experience in writing care plan goals and objectives, performing quarterly and annual reviews to report progress, strengths and weaknesses, and in reducing challenges that hinder progress.

In his current role as the Respite Services Program Manager at Easterseals Northern California, he incorporates several core philosophies through his service in the field of disabilities, including providing enough support to allow his participants to become as independent as possible, and providing opportunities for community access with integration and inclusion in mind.
